Smackdown went exactly as most people thought with Sami Zayn being the special guest referee in the WWE championship match between Cody Rhodes vs Gunther with Sami being heavily involved in the finish with Cody retaining at first then the match gets restarted and Sami laid out Gunther now Cody demanded them both so now a triple threat match will happen at Night of Champions.. Are you surprised as us Gunther hasn’t become WWE championship match yet??
